<p>Heb je minimaal 30 dagen vóór de eerste huurdag geannuleerd, dan retourneren en/of crediteren wij het

<p>Indien je betaald hebt via IDEAL zullen wij het bedrag retourneren naar het rekeningnummer waarmee je de
betaling hebt gedaan.

<p>Heb je binnen 30 dagen voorafgaand aan de huurdatum geannuleerd dan heb je helaas geen recht op
geldelijke teruggave. Je kunt wel het tegoed laten staan en verrekenen met een volgende order, of jouw
huurdatum verplaatsen naar een nieuwe datum*.
Zodra wij de order hebben uitgeleverd is dit niet meer mogelijk, omdat we dan extra kosten hebben gemaakt.
Als de order is uitgeleverd heb je een mail ontvangen dat wij de order hebben meegegeven aan de
koeriersdienst.
